树立科学的发展观,贯彻落实新颁布的《工会法》,是做好高校工会工作的重要保证。高校工会要以十六大精神为指导,围绕学校的中心任务开展工作,不断实现工作创新,以促进新升本科院校的稳定、改革与发展。

It is the important guarantee to do the union work in institutions of higher education that we should establish a scientific concept on development and put the newly issued ＂Trade Union Law＂ into effect. We should guide the trade unions＇ work in institutions of higher education with 16th Party Congress spirits, around the central tasks. We should do the trade unions＇ work to achieve innovation continuously in order to promote stability reform and development in the new escalation of the military academies.
