Fostering University Students' Creative Ability Under the Creative Nation Strategy

中央已经作出建设创新型国家战略的部署,为适应这一新形势的需要,高等教育应该把大学生创新能力的培养作为的重要使命和首要目标。高校必须以创新教育为主旨,通过落实新的教育理念、重视高校德育教育、改革教学内容、方法和手段等方式,培养学生的独立思考能力与创新能力,促使学生个性的形成与发展。

Central government has already made an arrangment of building creative nations strategy. To meat the demand of new situation, higher education should consider university students＇ creative ability as major task and first objective. University must aim at creative education and train students＇ independent thinking and cre- ative ability to form and develop student＇s personality by implementing new education idea ,emphasizing University＇s moral education and reforming teaching contests, methods and means etc.
