The Comparative Study of Plato's and Aristotle's Law-philosophy

西方法哲学史源远流长,最早可追溯到古希腊时代。古希腊的先哲们以非凡的洞察力关注着整个世界,从哲学的角度提出了某些关于正义与法律之性质的观念与思想,成为法哲学的滥觞。本文拟就对柏拉图与亚里士多德的正义观念和国家统治方式这两个法哲学中的基本问题进行比较分析,力求探寻大师们的思想足迹,让我们有所启迪,有所思考。

Law-philosophy in the west has a long history which can be traced back as early as the ancient Greece. The philosophers in ancient Greece pierced the world with extraordinary insights and put forward some concepts and thoughts about the characteristics of justice and law from the angle of philosophy. They became the source of the law-philosophy. This paper makes a comparative analysis on the two basic issues in philosophy ——Plato and Aristotle＇s concepts of justice and ways of ruling a nation to seek the master＇s ideological trace. Therefore, we can learn more and think more about this issue.
