褶纹冠蚌外套膜的组织学观察

The Histological Observation on the Mantle of Cristaria Plicata

利用光学显微镜对褶纹冠蚌外套膜进行组织学观察。结果表明:褶纹冠蚌外套膜主要由内、外表皮和中间的结缔组织构成。内、外表皮主要由柱状上皮细胞组成,内表皮中夹生着不同类型的腺细胞:粘液细胞和小分泌颗粒细胞,结缔组织较丰富,由多种形态的细胞组成。边缘膜腹缘有三个突起,分别为生壳突起、感觉突起、缘膜突起,其结缔组织中有两条粗大的肌肉纤维束纵贯其间。

The histology of the mantle of Cristaria plicata was observed with a light microscope. The results show that it was composed of endocuticle, exocuticle and connective tissue. The endocuticle and exocuticle of Cristaria plicata consisted mostly of colummar epithelial cells . There were several kinds of gland cells among endocuticle：viscose ceils,ceils with small secretary granular. The connectine tissue was abundant and was composed of many different morphological ceils. On the edge of the mantle there are three bulges namely a bulge producing shell, a feeling bulge and a bulge with a membrane at the edge. There are two thick muscle fibril throughout connective tissue.
