培养高素质、高技能专门人才是高职高专的人才培养目标。文章主要分析、讨论了加强产学研合作办学对实现这一目标所起的作用。对产学研合作办学的方法和途径进行了总结,提出了要从专业人才培养方案;校内外实验、实训基地建设;校企合作;师资队伍建设等方面加强产学研合作办学,肯定了产学研合作办学对高素质、高技能人才培养所起的重要作用。

One of objections of the high vocation and high technological academy＇s edcation is to bring up the high diathesis and high skill person with ability. This paper analysis and discusses the effect of enhancing cooperation of industry,education and reseach to run a school. This paper sums up this approachs to running a school through enchancing cooperation of industry,education and research, and puts forword the passes to enhance the cooperation running a school of industry,education and reseach through the cultivating plans of speciality person with ability,the construction of experiment and actual exercitation bases in or out shool, the cooperation between shool and corporation, the construct of teachers troop ect. The paper affirms the import effection of cooperation running a school of industry,education and reseach to cultivate the high diathesis and the skill person with ability.
