摘要
采用缩水甘油胺型耐高温环氧树脂、甲基四氢苯酐固化剂为主要原料,加入海岛型结构增韧剂与活性硅微粉填料及其他助剂,制备出具有良好力学、电气性能与耐开裂性能的耐高温环氧树脂浇注料。通过对环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、促进剂的种类、用量及填料的作用与影响的探讨,找出了影响耐高温环氧树脂浇注料性能的主要因素,提出了合适的推荐配方。
Adopting self-developed glycidyl amine-type high temperature resistant epoxy resin, MTHPA curing agent, toughener, active microsilica fillers and other additives as the basic materials, the high temperature resistant casting materials which have better mechanical strength, electrical insulating properties and capability of crack-resistant were prepared. The factors to affect the performance of casting materials were analyzed. The type and amount of curing agent and accelerator, the role and influence of filler were discussed. Finally, the appropriate formula was recommended.
