摘要
分析了不同产地的碳酸钡原料的物理特性及不同碳酸钡对陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明,杂质含量低、球形颗粒的碳酸钡原料能显著降低陶瓷的水煮损耗,但陶瓷水煮损耗异常和其致密性不存在对应关系。颗粒细小的碳酸钡原料能使介电温谱变得更平缓。
The physical characteristic of barium carbonate was analyzed. High dielectric constant barium titanate ceramics were prepared with these raw materials by using solid phase reaction. The behavior of electricity of ceramics was tested. The result indicates that the poach dissipation of ceramics can be reduced when low impurity constant barium carbonate raw material with spheroidal particles is used; and the relationship of dielectric constant to temperature is more stabilized. The relationship of abnormal poach dissipation and its compactness is not linear.
