摘要
为了更好的建设民营科技企业,本文从文化治理的视角,运用历史演绎和现代逻辑的方法,分析了民营科技企业文化治理的现状。指出民营科技企业文化是伴随着企业成长逐渐形成的,是社会传统价值观念、企业成功经验累积、企业自身禀赋共同作用的结果,因此是多元化的。其中存在的不足,可以通过健全诚信体系、建立创新文化、提升企业家队伍、培育"狼"文化等措施来重构民营科技企业文化。
To build a better private-owned technology enterprise, this paper analyzes the current situation of private-owned technology enterprise culture governance from the view of culture governance through the method of history and modern logic. We point out that the culture of private-owned technology enterprise is formed up by many aspects, which include the growth of enterprise itself, the traditional social values, the accumulation of enterprise successful experiences and the talent of enterprise. We also suggested private-owned technology enterprise to reconfigure its culture by building an improved credit system and innovation culture, improving entrepreneur quality, and forming "wolf culture".
