Summarization and Comments on Chinese Technological innovation Study in 18 years

自1989年国家自然科学基金首次资助技术创新类课题以来,我国的技术创新学术研究已走过了18个年头。在这18年间,我国的技术创新研究从学者关注到全社会重视,已发展成为涉及等多个领域的重要学术领域。在该过程中,国家自然科学基金作为中国最高级别的学术资助基金,在资助技术创新学术研究上发挥了不可替代的重要作用。其所资助的技术创新类研究项目代表了中国技术创新研究的最高水平。本文上篇系统概括分析了1989年到2007年国家自然科学基金资助的100个技术创新类研究课题,就这些研究的领域分布,各领域研究的主要问题,所研究问题的时间特征等进行了综述;下篇主要讨论了18年间技术创新学术研究的重要争论,以及技术创新学术研究较有价值的成果。希望本文对关注中国技术创新学术研究的人群有一些启示。

Technological innovation Study of China has been through 18 years since the National Nature Science Foundation of China began to support technological innovation projects from 1989. During the 18 years, our national technological innovation study, which used to be focused only by scholars now is focused by the whole society, has become a very important academic area which involves many other areas. During this process, the National Nature Science Foundation of China as the highest-ranked academic foundation has been playing the irreplaeeable funetion on supporting teehnologieal innovation study. The teehnologieal innovation study projeets supported by them represent the highest level of Chinese teehnologieal innovation researeh. This paper sums up and analyzes lOO teehnologieal innovation researeh projeets whieh were supported by the National Nature Seienee Foundation of China, and diseusses on the distribution of projeets＇ aeademie area, the main topies of eaeh area and the time period eharaeteristie of researehed projeets, ete. The seeond half of this paper mainly diseussed the major eontroversies among main researeh areas and the valuable aeeomplishments in Chinese innovation aeademie researeh during the 18 years. Hopefully, this paper will inspire the people who eoneern about Chinese Teehnologieal innovation Study.
