降糖康肾汤结合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Observations on Curative Effect of Jiangtang Kangshentang Decoction Combined with Westem Medicine in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察降糖康肾汤结合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。方法:88例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组。治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用降糖康肾汤治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗,两组于治疗3,6个月后进行各指标检测。结果:治疗组总有效率93.5%,对照组总有效率76.2%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗3,6月后24h尿蛋白定量、血β2-MG、BUN、Scr、空腹血糖、血脂均有改善,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:降糖康肾汤结合西药治疗糖尿病肾病有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Jiangtang Kangshen Decoction combined with westem medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Eighty eight patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with routine treatment of westem medicine plus Jiangtang Kangshen Decoction. The control group was treated with routine treatment of western medicine. Each index was tested in two groups after three months treatment and six months treatment . Results： The total effect rate was 93.5% in the treatment group and 76.2% in the control group. The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01）. The 24- hour urine protein, blood β2- MG, BUN, Scr, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid were improved after three months and six months treatment in both groups, but the treatment group was superior to the control group（P 〈 0.01or P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions： The treatment of Jiang Kangshen Decoction combined with westem medicine to treat diabetic nephropathy shows a better effect.
