摘要
目的:优选刺五加抗脑缺血作用物质基础的纯化工艺。方法:比较D-101大孔树脂、聚酰胺和正丁醇萃取3种纯化工艺所得样品对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤模型和小鼠断头张口模型的抗脑缺血作用。结果:D-101大孔树脂纯化样品的抗脑缺血作用强于其他两种方法,刺五加苷B与刺五加抗脑缺血作用正性相关。结论:D-101大孔树脂吸附法是刺五加提取物较佳的纯化工艺。
AIM: To optimize the purification of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms root extract based on the rodent with anticerebral ischemia. METHODS: We identified the effect of D-101 macroporous resin adsorption, polyamide adsorption and n-butanol extraction on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injure model rat and behead-mouth opening model mouse in the treatment of aqueous acanthopanax root extract. RESULTS: Aqueous acanthopanax root extract, which was purfied by using D-101 macroporous resin, had advantage over that were treated with polyamide adsorption and n-butanol extraction. Eleutheroside content in the root extract showed the positive correlation with anticerebral ischemia. CONCLUSION: D-101 macroporous resin adsorption is a good purification method for acanthopanax root extract.
