企业家能力与职能匹配及企业家精神培育

摘要 本文详细分析了企业家职能与能力的关系,认为企业家能力与职能是否匹配直接影响企业家精神的培育及其作用的发挥,所以,在我国培育企业家精神应从企业家职能与能力匹配入手。本文就此提出了相应的企业家精神培育的具体措施。
