奥运(鸟巢)工程机器人自动焊探索

摘要 国家体育场主场馆(鸟巢)工程焊接工作量大、结构尺寸大、交货工期短,为此需采用新的焊接方法——自动或半自动焊技术,以提高焊接效率,保证焊接质量。分析了自动焊接技术的发展与状况,结合实际情况,选用北京石油化工学院生产的具有自主知识产权的GDC-1型焊接机器人,并进行了对接接头、T型接头自动横焊,对接接头、角接接头自动立焊、仰焊等工艺性试验。获得了较高的焊接质量,提高了焊接效率,促进了自动或半自焊技术在钢结构焊接中的应用。 The welding workload was much ,the structure size was big,and the delivery period of construction was short in National Stadium main venue project.Therefore the new welding method,automatic or semi-automatic welding technology,which was used in order to increase the welding efficiency and ensure the welding quality.The development and condition of automatic welding technology was analyzed in this paper.According to the practical situation,the GDC-1 welding robot designed by Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology was used.The processing tests were put to test,including butt joint,T type automatic horizontal welding,butt joint and fillet joint automatic vertical welding;overhead position welding etc.The good welding quality was got;the welding efficiency was improved, which promoted the application of automatic or semi-automatic welding technology in steel construction welding.
