摘要
由于大容量超临界和超超临界机组锅炉不同烟温区、不同管组、不同负荷下壁温差不同,传统的根据炉外温度测点推算炉内管子壁温的方法已不适用,而应采用在线监测系统全面监测所有管子的炉内壁温。介绍了常州电厂超临界600MW机组锅炉在线监测系统的功能和过热器再热器温度工况的特点,该系统在水冷壁和屏式过热器有结渣和积灰时也能准确监测末级过热器的炉内壁温。
The wall- temperature difference is different in regions of different flue gas temperature,of different tube banks, and under different load of large - capacity supercritical and extra - supercritical boilers, the traditional method of estimating tube - wall temperature in the furnace based on temperature measuring points arranged outside the boiler has already been unable to use, the on -line monitoring system should be adopted to fully monitor the wall - temperature of all the tubes in furnace. The functions of on - line monitoring system for a 600 MW supercritical boiler in Changzhou Power Plant, and the features of superheater and reheater temperature conditions have been presented. In the event of slagging and fouling on the water- wall and platen superheater, the said on -line maintoring system can also accurately monitor tube - wall temperature of the final - stage superheater.
