某台200MW机组主汽阀入口管道接口错位分析与处理

摘要 针对某电厂200MW供热机组主蒸汽管道与主汽阀发生的接口错位问题,分析了其产生的原因及其对主汽阀端口推力的影响,提出了通过支吊架载荷重新配置来减小主蒸汽管道对主汽阀垂直方向推力的处理措施,并对措施的安全性进行了评价。处理措施实施后,管道系统对主汽阀的端口推力达到了设计要求。 Directing againt the problem of joint interface misplacement occurred between the main steam pipeline and the main steam valve of a 220 MW heat- supplying unit in one power plant, the causes resulting in misplacement and its influence upon thrust on the port of said main steam valve have been analysed,and disposal measure,i, e. decreasing the thrust of main steam pipeline in vertical direction onto the port of main steam valve through the load redisposition of supports and hangers, has been put forward,and the safety of said measure being evaluated. After implementation of the measure,the thrust of pipe - line system excerted onto the port of main steam valve has reached the requirement of design.
