具有屋脊型燃烧室的发动机进气道-缸内-排气道分块结构化网格的建立及动态调整

摘要 如何处理好瞬态变化的网格是发动机三维瞬态流动计算的一个瓶颈问题,对于具有屋脊型燃烧室且气门数量较多的发动机来说,这一问题更为突出。本文结合发动机三维瞬态流动程序KIVA,以具有屋脊型燃烧室的四气门汽油机CV20为例,从分块结构化网格的建立及计算过程中对网格的动态调整两方面,提出了针对该类型气门布置方式的计算网格处理办法,确保网格能够有效满足整个发动机三维瞬态封闭循环计算的要求。 How to always provide a good grid quality is the key problem in the three-dimensional transient engine simulation, especially when the engine has a pentroof-like combustion room and many valves. This article provides an efficient method in handling such kind of problems from two aspects, the initial grid construction and its dynamic adjustment. The method works on the use of KIVA program, with a four-valve pentroof gasoline engine.
