摘要
为研究喷油器的喷油特性,使喷油器与发动机合理匹配,考察了某喷油器的工作过程。运用仿真手段在AMESim上建立了喷油器模型,并模拟了该喷油器的一次完整喷射过程,得到了喷油规律及针阀运动的相关信息。仿真结果表明,该喷油器喷油合理,无二次喷射出现。对该喷油器的改进设计及其与发动机的合理匹配,具有一定的指导意义。
In order to study the spray characteristics of the injector and enable it match well with the engine, the working process of an injector was researched. The relevant model was set up in AMESim, and simulation of this injector's spray process was performed. The spray characteristics and relevant information of the needle g movement was obtained. The results show that its spray is reasonable and twice spray doesnt present. This paper offers certain directive significance to improving the design of this injector and matching with engine.
