摘要
在传统的摩托车概念设计过程中,设计人员无法把握产品的性能。该论文论述了革新摩托车的开发流程,在概念设计中使用动态仿真技术,实现在概念设计阶段预测新设计摩托车的性能和对设计参数进行优化。基于ADAMS的摩托车参数化概念建模系统可以快速、方便地建立整车、零部件的模型,多次快速地对新产品进行性能仿真、优化,以选择最满意和最具有创新性的概念设计。
It'a difficulty to hand the performance of motorcycle for designer in the traditional conceptual designing. Renovating traditional designing flow and using the technology of dynamic simulation can be helpful to forecast the performance of new designed motorcycle and optimize the parameters in the stage of conceptual designing. Applying conceptual modeling system basing on the ADAMS, the designer can quickly and easily build the assembly model of motorcycle and the model of parts, test and optimize the designed model time after time, and select the most satisfying and innovative conceptual design.
