摘要
通过对别克3.0V6发动机不能起动故障原因的分析,提出了挖掘故障伴随现象,排除无关因素的影响,对诊断流程进行优化设计的方法,使故障诊断更具针对性,降低维修成本。通过实验及原理分析,对PCM产生喷油信号和ICM产生点火信号的前提条件进行了梳理,阐述了24X传感器、3X信号以及凸轮轴位置传感器信号对发动机起动性能的影响,并将这些影响因素融入到诊断流程中。
Through analysis of the BUICK 3.0V6 engine that can not start, we proposed the optimized design in the diagnosis process of excavating the following phenomenons of breakdown and removing the irrelevant factors. This method causes the breakdown diagnosis to be pointed, reduces the service cost. Through the experiment and the principle analysis, obtaining prerequisites of the PCM producing the blow signal and of the ICM producing the ignition signal, we elaborated the influences of 24X sensor, the 3X signal as well as the camshaft position signal to the kick performance, and melted these influence factors into the diagnosis process.
