摘要
目的:探讨纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺复合材料的人工肱骨头柄界面结合能力。方法:新西兰大白兔20只,行nHA/PA人工肱骨头置换术。术后3、6、12、24周分别处死动物。标本进行X线,组织学及计算机图象分析。结果:X线观察可见各期假体柄表面周围界面模糊,密度随时间增加,各周肱骨头假体无碎裂。组织学观察术后3周,围绕假体形成的界膜组织中可见成骨细胞呈镶边状排列,大量成纤维细胞、间充质细胞、成骨细胞浸润;随着时间的延长,界膜中纤维组织逐渐由类骨质代替。骨组织结合率:3周组<6周组<12周组<24周组(P<0.05),其中12周组和24周组更高达91%、97%。结论:nHA/PA植入体柄具有一定的界面骨结合能力。
Objective: Study of bioactivity of interface on the n - HA/PA composite implant. Methods: The prosthetic humeral head replacements were performed in 20 rabbits. The rabbits were killed at the 3rd,6th, 12th, 24th week after operation. Specimens were observed and tested by roontgenograph, histology, computer digital image analytical system. Results: It was showed in radiograph examination that the density of interface was increased with the prolongation of time,withont the appearance of the humeral head debris. According to the histological investigation, some cells on the interface membrane were found, including fibroblasts, mesenchymal cells, osteoblasts and monocytes at 3rd week after operation. With the prolongation of time, the new bone tissue substituted for fibers gradually on the interface membrane, comparing result of the early ossenintegration ratios in the interfaces is 3rd week group 〈 6th week group 〈 12th week group 〈 24th week group (P 〈 0.05). The rates of bone bonding were 91% and 97% at 12 th week and 24th week group respectively. Conclusion: the nHA/PA prostheses could improve osteogensis in the interface;
