Discussions on the Methods of Guaranteeing Quality in the Quality Supervision Stationed at Factory

依据多年监造工作的实践,提出在监造工作中坚持原则与灵活掌握相结合以坚持原则为主,监督检查与帮助合作相结合以监督检查为主,预防质量问题与处理质量问题相结合以预防为主;对不同类型的质量问题采用不同的方法进行处理;为了解决好质量问题,就必须构建和厂方的和谐关系、与业主和主管上级保持密切联系、作好值班记录。

According to the past practice of supervisory production, it is suggested that upholding the principles should be taken as the main part in the supervisory production when combined with the flexible control, that supervisory detection should be stressed when connected with the assistance and cooperation, that precaution should be firstly emphasized when linked with the solution to quality problems. And it is also proposed that different kinds of quality problems should be handled in different ways. In order to solve quality problems well, it is necessary to construct harmonious relationship with factories, to keep close relation with owners and superiors as well as to make notes on duty.
