Quality Control over Design Examination in Issuing Licenses and Detection of Beach Strand and Oil &Gas Development Artificial Island

为保障海上石油设施生产作业、人员生命和财产安全,我国在滩海陆岸及油气开发人工岛石油作业中实行第三方发证检验制度。设计审查是发证检验的关键环节,介绍了设计审查过程中质量控制的主要内容。

In order to ensure the security of productive operation of oil facilities, staff lives and property at sea, the system of issuing licenses and detection by the third side is conducted in oil production of beach strand and oil-gas development artificial island in China. Clearly, design examination is the key link in issuing license and detection, so the main content of quality control in the process of design examination is mainly introduced in this paper.
