摘要 目的建立流式细胞仪计数脑脊液标本细胞的快速、准确、直观的检测方法并验证该方法的可行性。方法无菌条件下采集患者脑脊液标本,使用UF-100流式细胞仪分别对117例脑脊液标本中红细胞与白细胞数计数,并与采用镜检法检测相同脑脊液标本所得的结果用统计学方法进行比较。结果流式细胞仪法与镜检法计数脑脊液中的血细胞结果差异无显著性。结论流式细胞仪计数脑脊液中的血细胞快速、结果准确且重复性好,适合临床常规检测脑脊液标本。 Objective To establish the method of the counting cells number of cerebrospinal fluid (CFS) by the instrument of flow cytometry and prove the possibitity of applying it in clinical laboratory. Methods Preserving sufferer' s CSF 117 samples in asepsis. The numbers of blood corpuscle in CSF samples are counted by UF-100 flow cytometry. The data gaining from UF-100 flow cytometric were correlated with microscopy and biochemical by statistics. Results There was no significant difference between the methods of the blood corpuscle cells of CSF counting by flow cytometry and micro- scope. Conclusions With the UF-100 Flow cytometry is a rapid and reliable leukocytes and erythrocyte count method. Additional settings offered by the instrument may be used in counting the cell' s number of CSF in clinic logical disorders.
