摘要
目的分析主动脉弓在恒定内压下的位移和变形情况,为主动脉弓部位的血流动力学研究和医学诊断提供一定的依据。方法利用ANSYS有限元软件建立主动脉弓的几何模型和有限元模型,通过加载恒定内压,求解计算得到主动脉弓的位移和变形。结果主动脉弓整体的轴线向近心端倾斜,近心端位移值最大,肋间动脉处位移值最小。在恒定内压作用下,直管段均匀膨胀,弯管段膨胀为椭圆形,且椭圆短轴沿"内""外"连线方向。
Objective To analyze the displacement and transmutation of aortic arch under the invariable pressure on the inner of aortic arch for the study of blood dynamics and the diagnose of medicine. Methods Established geometry and finite element model in the ANSYS software, loaded the invariable pressure on the inner of aortic arch, solved and gained the displacement and transmutation of aortic arch. Results The holistic axes of aortic arch lean to the place close to heart in which the most displacement occurs, and the least displacement occurs in the artery of rib. Under the invariable pressure, straight tube expanded symmetrically and curving tube expanded to ellipse. The short axes of ellipse along the line link the "inner-outer" direction.
