斜带石斑鱼仔、稚、幼鱼的形态发育研究 被引量:22

摘要 2005年10-12月,在集美大学水产学院水产试验场,对人工培育的斜带石斑鱼仔、稚、幼鱼各发育阶段的形态特征进行了观察和描述.根据卵黄囊、鳍膜、鳞片以及背鳍长棘和腹鳍长棘的变化,将斜带石斑鱼的胚后发育划分为仔鱼期、稚鱼期和幼鱼期3个时期.初孵仔鱼平均全长1.6mm(1.60-1.78mm).在培育水温为21.0—28.5℃,盐度为24.8—28.3条件下,初孵仔鱼至孵化后5日龄为前期仔鱼,3日龄仔鱼开口;孵化后6日龄至31日龄为后期仔鱼;孵化后32日龄至68日龄为稚鱼期;孵化后69日龄进入幼鱼期.背鳍第二鳍棘和腹鳍鳍棘的长出与收缩是斜带石斑鱼前期发育过程中最明显的变化.此外,本文探讨了斜带石斑鱼与青石斑鱼、点带石斑鱼和赤点石斑鱼仔、稚、幼鱼期发育的异同. The morphological characteristics of early development of Epinephelus coioides were observed and described during October and December 2005. The post embryonic development of E. coioides was divided into larval stage, juvenile stage as well as young fish stage, based on the features of the yolk-sac, finfold , scale, second dorsal fin spine and pelvic fin spine. The average total length of newly hatched larva was 1.68mm( 1.60 - 1.78mm). At the water temperature of 21.0 -28.5℃ and the salinity of 24.8 -28. 3, the embryonic developed 5 days to the stage of prelarvae, and 26 days to posflarvae. The mouth could be seen three days after hatching. The juvenile stage developed from 32 to 68 days after hatching. After 69 days, the fish developed into the early young fish period. The growth and configuration of the second spine of dorsal fin and the first spine of ventral fin is the most obvi- ous changes during early development of E. coioides. In addition, the similarities and differences of morpholpgical characteristics of larval, juvenile and young fish between 4 species of Epinephelus were discussed.
