摘要
以昆明、大理、禄劝3地为例,通过实地踏勘,选取若干有代表性的居民小区作为试点,分不同的时段监测小区内的用水量,并采集排放的废水样品,分析污染指标的浓度,探讨排污系数的估算方法,并利用该方法对3个城市居民小区的排污系数进行估算。结果表明:城市居民生活用水量和当地的经济水平存在一定的负相关性,但总磷的排污系数相对比较独立,总体环境质量与经济水平呈正相关。
Based on the field work in the three cities of Kunming, Dali and Luquan, this program selects several representative residential quarters as the subjects, monitors the water consumption in quarters in the different periods of time, then gathers the samplers of discharged waste water, analyses the density of pollutant index, explores the approach to the calculation of pollutant discharge coefficient, and employs the method to calculate the pollutant discharge coefficients of the three quarters. It is conclude that water consumption of urban residents is to some degree negatively correlated with the economical development, but the pollutant discharge coefficient of TP is relatively independent, and generally environment quality is positively correlated with the economical development.
