摘要
利用发动机机身振动信号对活塞环失效进行监测,提取了时域特征量、频域特征量和小波包特征量,并绘制了小波包三维时频能量图。在此基础上,对敏感特征量变化的原因进行分析。结果表明,提取的特征量可以作为活塞环失效监测的依据。
In this paper, piston ring fault was monitored by the vibration signal of the engine surface. Time-domain characteristic parameter, frequency-domain characteristic parameter and wavelet packets characteristic parameter were extracted, and wavelet packets three-dimension time-frequency energy drawing was plotted. Then, the reason for the sensitive characteristic parameters variation was analyzed. The result shows that characteristic parameters mentioned can be used to monitor piston ring fault.
