摘要
建立了用岭回归法同时检测苯二酚中3种异构体的高效液相色谱方法。高效液相色谱测定条件为:柱温38℃,流动相y(甲醇):V(水)=65:35,流速1.10mL/min,测定波长280姗1。谱图数据经岭回归法、VB计算程序处理后,标准混合液回收率高,标准偏差符合分析要求,人工合成样回收率为92.63%108.75%,样品回收率92%-107%。采用岭回归法不需对样品中各组分进行分离,测定结果重复性好,精确度高,快速简便,适宜于计算机分析,是一种有实用价值的方法。
Ridge regression was established for the simultaneous determination of iso-dihydroxyberzenes by high performance liquid chromatography (FIPLC). The analyses are performed on FIPLC at 38 ℃ and 280 nm. The mobile phase consists of 65% methanol and 35% water, the flow rate is maintained at 1.10 mL/min. The chromatographic data are processed by the computer program of ridge regression. The recoveries of the mixed standard solutions are high and the standard deviations accord with the analytical requirements; the recoveries of the synthetic samples range from 92.63 % to 108.75 %, the recoveries of the samples range from 92 % to 107%. The determination of the samples don' t require separating components by ridge regression, the results have good repetition. The method is fast, simple, accurate and suitable for computer analysis, so ridge regression is a applied and value method in the resolution of the overlapping chromatographic peaks.
