摘要
建立了相变蓄热地板采暖的物理模型和非稳态传热过程的数学模型,并通过模拟计算,分析了相变材料特性、装饰层特性、电加热功率对地板传热的影响规律.结果表明:相变材料的厚度和潜热对蓄热时间有一定的影响;装饰层对地表温度有很大影响,要求室内温度变化平缓时选用传热性能较好的材料;电加热功率不宜太大也不能太小,要既能满足需要又能达到减少电力消耗的目的.这为相变蓄热地板的设计、施工和运行提供了必要的理论基础.
The physical model and the unsteady heat transfer process mathematical model of under-floor heating system with PCM plates was developed. The study then analyzed the effects of the properties of PCM, the characteristic of the decorative floor surface and the heating power on the thermal performance of the heating system by simulation. The results show that: the thickness and latent heat of PCM affect the time of thermal storage; the decorative floor surface has a great influence on the temperature of the floor surface, the PCM with good thermal performance should be used in order to make the indoor temperature changes slowly; the electric heating power should be neither too big nor too small so that both purposes meeting the needs, and reducing the consumption of power can be fulfilled. It will provide suggestion in the design, construction and operation of the project.
