摘要
提出了一种石煤提钒的动态离子交换三柱串联工艺,比现行的离子交换工艺处理时间缩短了50%,树脂解吸率提高2%以上,且钒富集倍数比传统石煤提钒的焙烧—水浸—离子交换工艺提高25%。
In this article, the study results indicated a new extraction process of vanadium from stone coal by the process of "ion - exchange with three columns in series". Compared to the traditional process of "roasting-water leaching-ion exchange", the new process can shorten the treatment time by 50%, increase resin desorption rate by more than 2%, and improve vanadium enrichment ratio by 25 %.
