50%醚菌酯水分散粒剂配方研究

Study on the Ingredients of Kresoxim-methyl 50% WDG

通过对分散剂、湿润剂、崩解剂、粘着剂和填料等各种助剂的筛选,确定了50%醚菌酯水分散粒剂的最佳配方为:醚菌酯含量50%,分散剂(木质素磺酸钙+Morwet-450)20%,湿润剂WitconolNP-1000.4%,崩解剂羧甲基淀粉钠5%,粘着剂NJ1%,陶土补足到100%。最终得到的产品悬浮率高(大于90%),崩解时间短(小于20s),分散性和湿润性好,热贮稳定性合格,各项技术指标均超过了水分散粒剂的要求。

In order to determine the optimal ingredients of kresoxim-methyl 50% WDG,dispersants,wetting agents, disintegrants, adhesives and fillers, all these assistants were selected and studied. Finally, the optimal ingredients were determined as follows： 50% kresoxim-methyl,20% dispersant （FI＋F3） ,0.4% wetting agent R1,5% disintegrant B1, 1% adhesive NJ and filler pottery clay ,which is added up to 100%. The suspensibility of final product is high, more than 90%. The disintegration time is short, less than 20s. Dispersibility and wettability are perfect, hot storage stability is qualified, all technical indexes are beyond requirements of WDG.
