摘要
采用重量法测定了HGR-1多功能拉丝润滑剂中的硫含量。取1.5g样品,用热水溶解,以甲基橙作指示剂,用盐酸酸化,以氯化钡作沉淀剂,测得试样硫含量为0.42%,硫回收率在96.1%～101.2%之间,标准偏差和相对标准偏差都符合标准要求。
Sulfur content of HGR-1 lubricant was determined by gravimetric method. The test sample weighed 0.5g was dissolved with hot water. Using methyl orange as indicator, barium chloride as precipitant, the acidity of solution was regulated with hydrochloride, sulfur content was 0.42% ,the relation standard deviation of the method is 0.010 %, recoveries obtained were in the range of 96.1%-101.2%.The method is suitable to determine sulfur content of lubricant.
