摘要 为了获得较高的单井产量,减少钻井费用问题,塔河油田针对不同的井身结构,逐步对老井进行侧钻水平井施工。施工中出现磨铣周期长,平均磨铣周期48 d,事故几率高等问题,进行了尾管内的炮眼堵漏技术、磨铣工具的研制、磨铣工艺、配套的钻井液技术以及套管的保护技术等方面的研究。在T415CH井和TK205CH井进行了现场应用,结果表明塔河油田长段套管磨铣工艺使磨铣速度平均提高0.3 m/h,磨铣周期比该地区平均减少23.5 d,事故占用时间平均减少7.5 d。对于塔河油田老井改造,提高单井产能,增加油田产量,具有十分重要的意义。 In order to obtain higher single -well output and reduce the cost in drilling, sidetrack horizontal well drilling is conducted in the old wells in Tahe Oilfield. In view of the long period of milling of which the average is 48 days and high probability of accidents during the drilling, the blocking technology of the perforation in the liner and the milling tools are developed, as well as the research on milling technologies, systematic drilling technologies, and protection technologies of casing are conducted. Based on the field application of the technologies in T415CH and TK205CH wells, it is shown that the milling rate is increased by 0.3 m/h in Tahe Oilfield by applying the long - segment casing milling process, the period is shorten by 23.5 days, and the occupation time of accidents is reduced by 7.5 d on average. This is of great significance to the construction of the old wells in the oilfield, to increase the single - well output and the oilfield output.
