对电子产品平均无故障工作时间(MTBF)的实际意义进行了深入的探讨,旨在使业界能正确理解这一表征电子产品可靠性的常用概念;并通过大量的案例,介绍了MTBF的工程计算方法,以期能为业界人士提供帮助。
The actual meaning of ＂Mean Time Before Failure （MEBF）＂ for electronic product is discussed here in order that this concept that mainly describe the reliability of the products can be correctly understood in this field. Calculating method of MTBF in the reliabihy engineering is introduced and some cases are also presented.
