在线铁水连续脱硫装置的数值模拟与结构优化

摘要 基于湍流模型与多相流模型的耦合,对脱硫装置内铁水流动情况进行了计算模拟。分析研究了挡墙和喷枪位置对脱硫装置内铁水流动的影响。结果表明:在靠近脱硫装置出口位置设置挡墙,喷枪距挡墙1/2L时,脱硫装置内流场最好,可以实现铁水与脱硫剂的充分混合,从而提高了脱硫率,同时实现了渣铁自动分离。 The flow behavior of the steel in the desulfurization equipment was numerically simulated based on the coupled model of turbulance and multiphase fluid flow. It analysed the effect of the position of blocking walls and injection guns for the flow of the steel in the desulfurization equipment. The result showed that when the blocking walls near the outlet of the desulfurization equipment and the distance between blocking walls and injection guns is 1/2L,the field flow is the best, the steel and the desulfurizer will be mixed completely, so the desulfurization rate advanced, as the same time, steel and slag auto- separation comes true.
