摘要
安钢3号高炉在大喷煤操作过程中,从优化喷吹操作、精料入炉、强化高炉操作和管理以及设备改造等方面采取措施,解决了安钢300m3级高炉进一步增加喷煤量,降低入炉焦比的生产实践中所面临的实际问题,体现了高炉操作技术创新。攻关前、后指标对比,喷煤比提高了17kg/t,降低焦比23kg/t,喷煤节焦效果明显。
In tackling the problem of coal injection of No. 3 BF of Anyang Steel,we take measures such as optimizing injecting operation,loading refined charge, intensifying BF operation and management, along with rebuilding the equipment. These measures have solved practical problems in production as further increasing the quantity of coal injected and reducing coke ratio. The solution of these problems embodies the innovation of BF operating technique, increasing coal injetion ratio by 17kg/t,and reducing coke ratio by 23kg/t.
