摘要
论文在分析了以监控手段为主导的学位与研究生教育质量监控体系存在问题的基础上,借鉴国内学者最新研究成果及质量观理念,提出了构建以激励机制为主导的学位与研究生教育质量保证体系的新思路,并从理论和实践方面论证了这种体系的特征与特色.
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the supervising-guided quality monitoring system for degree and postgraduate education, and referring to domestic scholars' latest findings and their notion of quality, this paper proposes to construct an encouragement-mechanism-dominated quality assurance system for degree and postgraduate education, and demonstrates the characteristics of the system as well.
