An Economic Analysis of the Production of Pirated Software

针对近几年发生在我国较为频繁的软件盗版事件,通过建立博弈模型,对盗版事件的两方博弈主体,即软件初始制造者和软件盗版者之间的利益关系开展了博弈分析.在理论分析的基础上,提出了应对我国软件盗版事件频发的建议.

With lots of events of software piracy in China in recent years ,we establish the model of game theory,and ana- lyze the interest relationship of the two-party subjects, such as the initial maker of software and the piracy of software. Based on the analysis of theories, we get some suggestions to deal with software piracy.
