摘要
根据现代设备的特点,提出了一种基于LabVIEW软件的机械状态监测系统,主要包括数据采集、数据处理及控制,给出了系统软件设计流程图。状态监测系统很好地实现了转子试验台的监测要求,具有采集数据、仿真处理数据和控制转速的功能,满足了状态监测系统的要求。
According to features of modem equipment, there raised a kind of machinery state monitoring system based on LabVIEW soft- ware, mainly including data collecting, data processing and control, having given out system software design flow chart. The state monitoring system very well achieved monitoring requirements for rotator tester, with date collecting, date processing in simulation and rotate speed control function, meeting the requirements of state monitoring system.
