摘要
以珍稀、优质黑山晋枣腋芽为外值体建立了原种无性繁殖系。继代繁殖培养基(mg/L):MS+BA0.1+IAA0.1和MS+BA0.1+IBA0.5,培养30d平均菌病3.0-3.3cm;芽繁殖系数3.3-3.5;生根培养基为MS+IAA1.0+IBA0.2及MS+IAA0.2+IBA0.2两种,生根率83.3%,培养40d平均具报菌病达4.99cm,一次成苗,简化程序,缩短成苗期。移栽成活率83.0%,获试管苗3000株以上,移栽成活营养钵苗200株左右。两年内一个简易、快速、实用组培育苗生产程序已经建成。
The degrading quality jujube variety of Heishanjinzao is regenerated and over 3000tube seedlings are obtained by means of tissue culture. Several new medium which suitedthe different growth stage have get through the experiment. The mediumused for sub-culture are MS + BA0.1 + IAA0. 1and MS + BA0.1 + IBA0. 5. Average height ofseedling 3.0- 3. 3 cm,No. of proliferation times of buds is 3. 3- 3. 5,after 30 days. Themedium used for root is MS + IAA1.0 + IBA0. 2 and MS + IAA0. 2 + IBA0. 2, rootingpercentage of tube seedling is 83. 3%,and average height of the seeedling with roots is4. 99 cm,after 40 days. The concentration of sucrose in the 4 medium is 3%. The sur-vival rate of the transptantation of tubeplant is 83. 0%.A simple,quick and practical technology adapting to juvenization of Heishanjinzao (Zizyphus jujuba cv.) has been successfully established.
