摘要
我国各地区的经济发展差距呈现出扩大的趋势。从深层次上看,欠发达地区发展滞后的原因主要在于体制机制的束缚。本文构建了地区体制机制环境综合评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法,研究了全国各省(区、市)在体制机制环境上的差距,并提出相关政策建议。
System and mechanism are the main factors to influece regional economic development. This paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of regional system and mechanism,and studies the influence of system and mechanism on economic development of every province in China through Principal Component Analysis, Finally, it puts forward some suggestions.
