摘要
随着电能表检定装置逐渐被电子装置所取代,旧检定规程已不适用电子装置检定需求,于是JJG597-2005《交流电能表检定装置》出台,由于新旧规程在运行中产生了很多对规程规定的理解偏差,文章对新旧规程换版产生的变化及试验项目的做法进行了详尽说明。
Because the electric energy meter calibrating device has been replaced by digital device, and the old calibration rule can not apply to the requirement of digital device calibration, therefore the calibration rule of JJG597 -2005 ‘AC Electric Energy Meter Calibrating Device＇ has been published, thus brings lots of understanding bias on rules, The paper makes a detailed explain on changes between the old and new calibration rules and the test items.
