Since put into operation from 1991, the KZT - 150 - 40 4F speed governor of Longyangxia hydropower plant exists lots of deficiency. The paper indicates the existing deficiency, and makes comparison analysis of structure and function between KZT - 150 - 40 and WWT - 150 speed governor, as well as indicates the function advantage of WWT- 150 speed governor through practical experiment.
