摘要
我国动力用煤的质量偏差,含灰量、硫量都较高,一般电站锅炉燃用煤种多样,经常会发生炉内水冷壁沾污或结渣现象,引起水冷壁的高温腐蚀,严重影响锅炉的安全与经济运行。本文从水冷壁的沾污、结渣现象分析了水冷壁高温腐蚀的情况,并提出相关措施。
The quality of power coal in our country is rather inferior, and its ash and sulfur content is higher, as well as the coal type of power station boiler is diversified, thus water cooled wall always occurs the phenomenon of pollution and coal cinder, therefore induces high- temperature corrosion on water cooled wall, and this directly influences safe and economical operation of boiler. The paper analyzes high - temperature corrosion of water cooled wall through pollution and coal cinder phenomenon, and proposes relevant preventive measures.
