工程量清单模式下最适评标方法探讨

Probe of Optimized Bid Evaluation Method Based on Bill of Quantities Mode

随着工程量清单招标的急剧增加,工程量清单评标工作已经成为不可缺少的一项专业性、技术性工作,传统的评标对经济标的评审仅仅是对总价评审,已不适应目前工程量清单的评审。如何运用合适的评标方法,成为各招标投标管理单位亟待解决的问题。本文对现阶段我国工程招投标领域中综合评分法和合理低价评标法进行比较分析,阐述了其优缺点,指出综合评分法将成为适合我国国情的招标评标方法。

According to sharp increase of bill of construction quantity bidding, bill of construction quantity bidding becomes an indispensable profession and technique work, whereas the traditional evaluation on economic bidding only reviews its total prices, it can not adapts to the requirement of current evaluation, so how to obtain appropriate evaluation method becomes an urgent solving problem of bidding management department. The paper makes an analysis through comparing general grading method and reasonable low price bid evaluation, and expounds its advantage and disadvantage, as well as indicates the general grading method becoming a bid evaluation method in the future which adapts to the situation of our country.
