摘要
本文通过对水库工程保障和洪水特性的分析,探讨了对密云水库实施错峰调度的可行性。随着密云水库加固和改扩建,上下游水利工程的陆续兴建以及水文监测、预报、调度手段的不断完善,水库工程安全性、监测及时性和调度可靠性大大提高。在这种情况下,错峰调度有可能代替补偿凑泄成为密云水库有效的调度方式之一。
Based on the analysis feasibility of flood peak staggered of the flood characteristics and regulation for Miyun reservoir improvement and reinforcement of Miyun reservoir, as well as the regulation, the security of engineering and the reliability of engineering conditions of Miyun reservoir, the is investigated in this paper. Along with the advance of hydrological monitoring, forecast and regulation had been obviously improved. Under this conditions, the flood peak staggered regulation might become an effective operation method for Miyun reservoir instead of using compensation operation.
