摘要 洮河九甸峡水库是一座综合利用水利枢纽。本文首先分析了洮河九甸峡水利枢纽的基本情况及其水库的目标功能,在此基础上建立了九甸峡水库优化调度模型,并采用改进粒子群优化算法(MPSO)对模型进行求解。经计算:对于平水年情况,九甸峡水库可满足上下游需水要求,并可比原设计情况多发电量0.31亿kW.h,比动态规划法多发电量0.05亿kW.h。 Jiudianxia Reservior is a multipurpose water conservancy complex constructed on Taohe river. This paper analyzes the basic circumstances of Taohe Jiudianxia water conservancy hinge, specifies the object and the function of this reservoir. Based on the above-mentioned instance, Jiudianxia reservoir opitimal operation model is developed and the modified particle swarm optimal algorithm(MPSO) is adopted for the model. By means of computation the Jiudianxia reservoir can meet the water demand of upstream and downstream, and can generate 31 million kW·h more electrical energy than original design and 5 million kW· h more electrical energy than dynamic programming (DP) in the case of median flow year.
