马来酸桂哌齐特静脉滴注结合吸氧治疗突发性聋的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of the combined therapy with Cinepazide maleate injection and oxygen-inhaling on sudden hearing loss

目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特静脉滴注结合吸氧治疗突发性聋的临床疗效。方法2004年3月～2007年5月本科收治的突发性聋患者69例,分为观察组31例(32耳),对照组38例(39耳),分别采用马来酸桂哌齐特和盐酸川芎嗪静脉滴注配合吸氧治疗,14天为1个疗程。比较分析不同药物的疗效。结果马来酸桂哌齐特组治愈率65.6%,有效率87.5%;盐酸川芎嗪组治愈率25.6%,有效率66.7%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特静脉滴注配合吸氧疗法治疗突发性聋的效果良好,未发现明显副作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with Cinepazide maleate injection and oxygeninhaling on cases with sudden hearing loss based on a clinical study. Methods Included in this study were 69 patients （71 ears） treated in our Hospital from Mar, 2004 to May, 2007. They were divided into two groups, with 31 cases （32 ears） in treating group （TG） treated by intravenously given Cinepazide maleate injection combined with oxygen-inhaling and 38 ones （39 ears） in controlling one （CG） treated by Ligustrazine Hydrochlorde injection, also given intravenously, plus oxygen-inhaling. The therapies were both lasted for 14 days for these patients in either group. Then, the therapeutic effects were analyzed in a comparative way by the end of therapeutic course, Results The curative and total effective rates were 65.6% and 87.5% for the cases in TG, while the rates were 25.6% and 66.7% for those in CG respectively, with a very significant difference in the therapeutic effects of the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined therapy with Cinepazide maleate injection and oxygen-inhaling is more effective than usual for the treatment of sudden hearing loss with no obvious side-effects seen in practical use.
