牙周炎龈组织中TXB_2和6-keto-PGF_(1α)与牙周炎各临床指标的相关与回归研究

Correlation and regression between TXB 2,6 keto PGF 1α in gingiva of periodontitis patients and clinical indices

为探讨牙龈组织中血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）和６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１α（６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α）与牙周炎各临床指标的关系，用放射免疫测定法分析牙周炎患者龈组织中的ＴＸＢ２和６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α含量，同时分析实验牙的龈沟液量（ＧＣＦ）、牙龈指数（ＧＩ）、牙周袋深（ＰＤ）和附着丧失（ＡＬ）与龈组织中ＴＸＢ２和６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α的关系。结果表明牙周炎龈组织中ＴＸＢ２和６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α与ＧＣＦ、ＰＤ、ＡＬ均呈显著正相关；牙周炎患者ＧＣＦ与ＰＤ、ＡＬ呈显著正相关；ＰＤ与ＡＬ呈非常显著正相关；ＧＩ与ＴＸＢ２、６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α及ＧＣＦ、ＰＤ、ＡＬ各指数无显著相关关系。牙周炎龈组织中ＴＸＢ２（ｙ）与ＧＣＦ（Ｘ１）、ＧＩ（Ｘ２）、ＰＤ（Ｘ３）、ＡＬ（Ｘ４）的线性回归方程为ｙ＝１０．８４＋０．９９Ｘ１＋７．１１Ｘ２＋１３．７２Ｘ３－０．４７Ｘ４；６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α与ＧＣＦ、ＧＩ、ＰＤ、ＡＬ的回归方程为ｙ＝２．３３＋２．５２Ｘ１－１．６３Ｘ２－１．８４Ｘ３＋１．５４Ｘ４。提示ＴＸＢ２和６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α可反映牙周炎的严重程度，与牙周炎各临床指标间的变化符合线性回归方程，证明ＴＸＢ２和６－ｋｅｔｏ－?

The relativity and regression between thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2),6 keto prostaglandin F 1α (6 keto PGF 1α ). in gingiva of periodontitis patients and various clinical indices were studied. TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α in gingiva were measured with radioimmunoassay,and the relationship between TXB 2,6 keto PGF 1α and gingival crevicular fluid (GCF),gingival index(GI),pocket deep(PD),attachment loss(AL) of the teeth with periodontitis was analyzed. TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α in gingiva of periodontitis patients were significantly related to GCF, PD and AL respectively,so was GCF to PD and AL,PD to AL.But there were no significant relation between GI and GCF,PD,AL,TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α . The regessive equation of TXB 2(Y) in gingiva and GCF(X 1) GI(X 2),PD(X 3),AL(X 4) was Y=10.84+0.99X 1+7.11X 2+13.72X 3-0.74X 4. The regressive equation of 6-keto-PGF 1α in gingiva and various clinical indices was Y=2.33+2.52X 1-1.63X 2-1.84X 3+1.54X 4. The data indicate that the contents of TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α in gingiva is closely related to the onset and development of periodontitis and may represent the severity of the illness.
