摘要
首先提出超大型工程建设项目总体集成概念模型,然后从项目目标、全寿命期、参与各方这三个维度综合考虑提出一个综合集成概念模型,在此基础上提出了项目管理要素集成概念模型。该模型中增加了工程建设项目现在普遍重视的健康、安全和环境保护(Health,Safety&Environment,简称HSE)三个要素。
This paper firstly brings forwards the general conceptual model of super - large engineering construction projects, then advances an integrated conceptual model, based on finally reaches the project management factor integrated conceptual model from the perspectives of objectives, life - cycle and participants. Moreover, this paper took Health, Safety ＆ Engineering （HSE）into consideration, which are being paid more attention than other factors in engineering construction projects.
